Madeline Crowed

Malfoy June 2015

Meet Malfoy. He’s an Ameraucana. He is the largest bird in the West Coop, with BayMax a close second. Yesterday he was on the highest roost in the run, and he crowed. Man and I dashed to the coop to see who crowed. We thought it might be BayMax. But Madeline crowed a second time, and she needed a new name.

Because we’d like to have more Ameraucanas, which lay blue-green eggs, Malfoy and the seven others will have their own coop and run. Man is already planning how he’s going to build the fourth coop.
