Spring!

Spring!

In January, we planted blackberry sticks – at least that’s what they looked like to me. Then last month we saw a few tiny green leaves at the base of each of the sticks. This week we were surprised by a blackberry flower.

I’m sure the birds will be watching the blackberry plants very closely.
