It’s time for my annual Thanksgiving Eve panic… What If… There isn’t enough food?
The menu: roast turkey, two kinds of cranberry sauce, mashed potatoes, gravy, cornbread stuffing, sweet potatoes, deviled eggs, rolls with butter, pumpkin pie, apple pie, whipped cream, and ice cream.
What if… There isn’t enough food? There aren’t enough vegetables? Open a can of corn? Panic!
This year’s newest creation is a roasted butternut squash, two kinds of mushrooms, wilted spinach, parmesan, and onion layered taste of Thanksgiving. Note to self: drop the panic; keep the creativity. Yum.
